Pick up a mini-canvas & set of watercolors (while supplies last) beginning Jan 8 through Jan 20 at Osgood or Milan Library. Paint your picture & return it by Jan 25 to enter our painting contest. The winner will receive 1 free painting lesson from art teacher Jennifer Strohman. Two winners will be drawn. Ages 15+
