Register in person and pick up your mystery basket of ingredients Feb 1 thru Feb 16 at either library, or while supplies last. Your entry must be dropped off at the Milan Library on Mon, Feb 26 from 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 PM. Judging will take place without participants there on Feb 26. You will receive a complete list of rules when you register.
